Daddy's Weekend Project

Last weekend Mommy decided that we needed a swingset for our yard, so we went to Menards and found the one we wanted. After purchasing it, we realized that we were getting a bunch of wood and were basically buiding it from scratch. Daddy and his friend, John worked really hard all week and weekend and they got it done. Abby is in heaven she loves her new playset. We asked what her favorite thing was and she named everything it has. I am sure it will provide hours of entertainment for her and Ally.

TOE SUCKER

Ally loves to play with her feet, if her socks are off her little piggies are in her mouth. Abby loves to do "this little piggy" with her feet, which always makes Ally laugh.

PEANUT BUTTER LOVER

Abby was sick all day today with the stomache flu. She woke up at 7pm claiming she was better and wanted a peanut butter sandwich. I made her one and she requested another. After she ate that one she wanted more. While I was on the phone she grabbed the jar and just started eating. Lets hope she really is better.

SLEEPY HEAD

I put Ally in her highchair to eat supper and when I came back with her food she was fast asleep. I guess she didn't get a long enough nap today. Never wake a sleeping baby, right?

BREAKFAST

Abby is loving life as the big sister, sometimes she forgets she isn't the mom. She loves to help feed Ally, and she makes sure she gets her bites in too. Everything she feeds her is "Ally's first". Today we are having Ally's first yogurt. Ally is so patient with her, unlike me.

EASTER

Abby and Ally visitng the Easter Bunny at the mall. Afterwards Ally enjoyed her first lollipop, given to her by Uncle Stephen. She was not giving that thing back for anything.

Abby & I also enjoyed decorating our eggs for the Easter Bunny. The next day Abby went to the church Easter Egg hunt, and found lots of candy filled eggs. Yes it really was cold enough for hats and mittens!!!BRRRRR!!!

ALLY

Ally is 7 months old and rolling everywhere. She doesn't crawl yet, but if she sees something she wants she will find a way to get it. She is always so happy and loves her highchair. I think its because she knows she will get something to eat in there.

ABBY

Abby is 3 1/2 and is enjoying every minute of being a little girl. She loves all the princesses, her favorite is Cinderella. She loves to dress up as them and run around the house. We took her to Princess Wishes, Disney on Ice and she loved it. That is all she talks about.
